No. If you use the regular WhatsApp Business app, I help you set up the API in your own business name. If you already have API access, directly or through a provider like Wati, Twilio or 360dialog, I build on top of it.
No one honestly can. Meta decides on verification, display names and templates. I check your details before we start, prepare and submit everything, and fix rejections. Payment is split into milestones, so you never pay for a bot that can't go live.
